These community profiles have been created by Local Area Networks (LANs). A LAN is a group of human service providers working within defined geographical boundaries. The LAN's within our Region began between 2004 and 2007. Some are still meeting regularly and some are not. As time permits, all of the community profiles are updated with the most recent data available.

Clicking on the name of a specific community will allow you to view some or all of the following documents:
  • Committee Profile, which is a chronological listing of the growth of the committee
  • Partnership Agreement
  • Resource Directory
  • Maps organized by the following categories:
    • demographic: such as age population, dwelling characteristics, ethnicity, family status, etc. and
